These Website Terms explain the permitted use of this website. Please read them before using its content or sending an inquiry. Our Privacy Policy separately explains information handling.
Inquiries
The inquiry form lets you contact us about travel planning. A submission acknowledgment confirms receipt or transmission of an inquiry, not a travel reservation.
Contacting us or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a trip, secure a price, create a paid planning engagement, or commit either party to a travel booking. This website has no booking or payment checkout.
Travel ideas and availability
Destination descriptions, sample experiences, images, and planning articles provide general inspiration. A place or experience shown on the website is not a promise that it will be available for your dates or included in your trip. Prices, supplier offerings, schedules, entry requirements, and local conditions can change.
Any proposed itinerary, planning fee, inclusions, and available benefits will need to be confirmed for your specific request. Hotel upgrades, special access, room preferences, and similar requests depend on the relevant supplier and should not be treated as confirmed unless expressly stated in your travel documents.
Separate travel arrangements
If you decide to arrange travel, the applicable planning or booking agreement and supplier terms will be provided separately. Those documents should explain the relevant payment requirements, cancellation and change conditions, and other trip-specific commitments. These Website Terms do not set or replace those conditions, and visiting this website does not mean you have accepted a supplier's booking terms.
California Seller of Travel disclosures
Effective October 12, 2026. These disclosures do not replace the disclosures and agreements required for your specific travel purchase.

Custom Fit Travel participates in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). Eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, including California location requirements and the seller’s registration and participation at the time of sale. Review TCRC’s eligibility and claim instructions before filing.
Eligible consumers may claim qualifying losses exceeding $50 when money paid for travel services was not properly forwarded to a provider or refunded as required. Recovery is limited to the amount paid on behalf of each passenger, up to $15,000 per passenger. Filing a claim entails waiving other civil remedies against the participating seller for matters arising from that sale.
Submit a claim within one year after the scheduled completion of travel, with supporting documents and a $35 processing fee. The fee is refundable if the claim is granted. For credit-card payments, the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) requires proof that a chargeback was requested.

Using the website responsibly
Please use the website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or information without permission, introduce malicious code, send spam, or impersonate another person. When contacting us, provide accurate contact details and share another person's information only when you have permission.
Initial inquiries should contain general travel preferences. Do not include passport details, payment-card information, passwords, sensitive medical information, or children's identifying information. Ask us how to provide any sensitive information needed at a later planning stage.
Website content
The website's text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials belong to Custom Fit Travel or their respective owners or licensors. You may view the website and save information for your own personal trip planning. You may also share links to its pages.
Except where permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder, do not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially reuse website materials. A reference to another business or its trademark does not transfer any rights in that business's materials.

We will post revised Website Terms here with an updated date. Changes to these Website Terms do not amend an existing, separately agreed travel booking. Where a change requires your agreement, we will obtain it rather than relying only on posting a revised page.
