Custom Fit Travel was founded in 2016 in Carlsbad, CA. We service our local communities with a heavy client population living in San Diego and Orange County areas but we also have fiercely loyal, happy clients all across the United States that have been referred to us by family and friends. We create itineraries for trips across the globe.

Patty Baylon founded Custom Fit Travel to create meaningful journeys built on authentic experiences, human connection, and moments shaped by nature and culture.
Patty grew up in Canada, earned an International Business degree from San Diego State University, and studied at the Sorbonne for a semester. Her career took her to Hong Kong as an international liaison and to Italy through international marketing work. She has an amazing husband and two very well traveled adult boys. She has traveled extensively and continues to enjoy exploring the world through the food, local customs and culture, and the stories of the people who live in a destination. She brings that perspective to worldwide itineraries, listening closely before connecting the places and experiences that matter to each traveler.

Lana draws on decades of personal travel to create thoughtful journeys for families, couples, solo travelers, and groups. She pairs a love of luxury and authentic experiences with careful attention to the details that bring a trip together.
From ocean and river cruises to private tours, villa stays, and cultural exploration, her approach is shaped around each traveler’s interests. Based in San Clemente, California, Lana speaks English and Russian.
